The Christmas Spirit
I know I’m supposed to talk about boys, school and sports but think of this as a Holiday Special. So how do you celebrate Christmas? Just presents, singing, dancing, praying, nothing? That’s really just an honest question so can you give me an honest answer? Christmas is really about spending time with your family and/or friends. Sharing the joy of love and care. So just giving presents is fine but are you giving them with love? with care? Or do you feel like you have to give something? Because let me tell you, you don’t have to! That’s happy news, right? You don’t have to give away any presents, no more wasting money on things! Is that what you really want? I’m someone who hates spending money, or if I spend money I always have to have some left over. But over Christmas I don’t care how much I spend. Of course I feel bad about not having that money in my account anymore but then I made my siblings and parents happy. That’s the real meaning of Christmas.
